TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply whenever you send, accept, or take part in a “Flip a Coin” challenge on Sibs.

1. Winning outcome: By initiating or accepting a “Flip a Coin” challenge, both buyer and seller agree to honor the final result generated by the app.
2. Mechanics: The receiver of the challenge chooses heads or tails, after which the app randomly generates a final and binding outcome.
3. Winner’s terms gets honored: If the buyer wins, the seller automatically accepts the buyer’s last offer. If the seller wins, the buyer agrees to pay the seller’s counteroffer or listed item price.
4. Honor the Flip or Risk Suspension:
   • By participating in a Flip, you agree to honor the outcome. If your offer wins or loses, the result is final and must be confirmed.
   • Failing to follow through may result in a suspension from the app.
   • This policy helps keep Sibs fair, trusted, and fun for everyone.
